Andrew Reynolds was recently spotted up at the Altamont Speedway in Livermore, NorCal to attend a press launch for a new clothing brand he helped create called Altamont. Bryan Herman will be joining Andrew on the Altamont team. Go check out the Baker demo tomorrow, Friday, July 21 at Skatelab in Simi Valley, California, where Andrew, Herman, Kevin "Spanky" Long, Leo Romero and Braydon Szafranski, along with the rest of the Baker team, will be tearing it up.
Heath Kirchart rode his Harley up to Lake Tahoe over the weekend for his friend and photographer Jason O’Dell’s wedding. He got back home earlier this week and has been helping Emerica filmer Jon Miner customize his new Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Ed Templeton has been skating around SoCal with the Toy Machine team. He has also been getting ready for a photography exhibition that he will be a part of called Somewhere Between Sincerity and Sarcasm that opens this Saturday, July 22 at 7:00 p.m. at New Image Art, 7908 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, California 90046, phone (323) 654-2192. Kevin “Spanky” Long was in Santa Barbara over the weekend for his cousin’s wedding. Spanky has been skating around L.A. this week, and will be at the Baker demo this Friday in Simi Valley.
Bryan Herman was in the Emerica offices yesterday working on early designs for his second pro shoe. Has been skating a lot lately in L.A. and Victorville with his homies and fixing up his house a bit, too.
Leo Romero has been riding his Harley all over the place lately. It's in the shop today getting some maintenance work done, but it’ll be back up and running by the time you read this. Leo will also be shredding the Baker demo Friday in Simi Valley.
Austin Stephens has been getting a lot of footage lately for the upcoming Toy Machine Suffer the Joy video. He has been doing some serious ripping that you're going to be stoked to see!
Aaron Suski is home for a minute in Tucson, Arizona before he takes off on a long and drawn-out trip. Starting on Wednesday, Suski will head to Mammoth, California for the Volcom Meadows contest at the Volcom Brothers Skatepark. After hanging out in the mountains, Suski will jet over to New York for a Zoo York team photo shoot and then head to Oregon for the Hoon Run. Suski clocks a lot more mileage than most people I know.
Chris Senn has been MIA lately. He’s probably schrapling up the concrete parks in Hawaii, and hitting up the beach with his family.
Braydon Szafranski has been chillin' out this week while his foot heals from a little injury he got while shooting a photo last week. He will also be at the Baker demo Friday in Simi Valley.
Matt Allen was super-productive this week. He hooked up with Thrasher photog Nick Scurich in Redlands and Victorville and shot a bunch of photos for a Thrasher interview. Matt racked up some footage, as well.
Brandon Westgate has been kickin’ it out in Massachusetts and skating with his homies. He will be skating in Connecticut and New York over the weekend and then fly out to Cali next week to meet up with us for some filming and good times.
