I just got back from the Tent and Bonfire Tour through Norway with the Emerica Norway team. We did seven cities in seven days, and slept in cabins and in a big Laplander tent. In the each city, we visited and skated with the kids and had different best trick contests for unsponsored skaters. Then we had a barbeque for everyone before driving on to find a place to camp.
The team was hyped to go on the trip. We came up with the idea together and this is what everyone wanted to do. The kids loved it, too! We hooked up with our friends in each city and had kill sessions with perfect weather at all of our stops. The purpose of the tour was to kick off the spring skate season and stoke people out--and it did just that!
We've had great feedback from everyone and got a lot of coverage already. We filmed over six hours and made three video clips. Two are out now and the last one will be posted soon. I recommend that all Emerica distributors around the world do tours like this to keep it real and spread the message: Emerica is skateboarding!
