you can use adobe illustrator or adobe photoshop or any softwear which you can create or modify images with.
but you're better to do it fast cauz the contest ends in 2 days dude!

dudes calm down they said it would be 1 month after the end of the contest and last year it went up to 3 weeks after the month... they have to sort through hundreds of designs so stop sayin "ohh when are they going to announce the winner!!??"
