We Are Coming To YOUR Wild In The Streets!

This year, the Emerica team will be attending numerous Wild in the Streets events around the world, and we want to hear why you think we should come to your event!

The Emerica team will be splitting into four groups and hitting four locations around the world on June 21, 2010. That gives YOU four chances to have the team at your WitS!

Just tell us WHERE & WHY!

WitS 2010

As you know, Wild in the Streets is about more than just getting together as skateboarders to have fun. It is the ultimate skateboarding empowerment tool, and as such, we feel it is essential that the local skateboarding scene is the beneficiary. We want you to find a worthy cause for Wild in the Streets in your local scene!

Remember, regardless where the team goes, Wild in the Streets belongs to you. It was created to empower skaters like you, around the world, to take to city streets in the benefit of your community. It is a very effective tool for drawing attention and should always be treated with respect, and wielded wisely.

In years past, the causes of Emerica's Wild in the Streets have included raising money for injured skateboarders as well as raising funds and awareness for skatepark projects and socio-political issues affecting skaters.

If you are interested in having the Emerica team come to your Wild In The Streets event this summer, tell us where and why, and how having the team in your community could help bring awareness to your local community cause. For Example: "We need a skatepark here in Detroit! Having the team here could make a huge impact"

  25. hi Emerica, I'm in London, United Kingdom. It would be great if you guys came here. London is a great city filled with many cool street skate spots and a few skate parks but it definitely needs more skateparks, bowls etc.
    I think skateboarding is great and London is a city which needs to be made more aware of Skateboarding. Sometimes I hear loud music pumping out in the streets, I look outside and it's a huge group of 'rollerbladers' skating in the streets. Would be Awesome and way better to see the same thing, but with Skateboards!!! Please come to London!!

  34. heey Emerica, we used to go down main street in a big group in Winnipeg, but then really everyone stopped doing it. now only me and myfriends go skate spots like woodsworth and stuff. but anyways, if you guys come it would be great, because all of the skaters would get back into it.

  40. you should come out to anti-gravity in newport news VA. we got the best skaters out here and gilbert crockett lives out here. and if u wanna meet girls u can go to V.A beach and you can ride on the board walk!!!! and theres a campus that lets you skate there. LOTS OF STAIRS AND RAILS

  49. whats up Emerica! I'm typing to you guys from Dubai, U.A.E.. It's a pretty chill place.. Had skaters like Mark Appelyard, Chad Bartie, Jourdan Hoffart, Jawz, Ryan Sheckler, Dennis Buzinetz and others come down here.. but the skate scene needs some more inspiration like seeing Bryan Herman hardflip a spot we call the Big Three at AD (Abu Dhabi) Or skate the Cornich Waves or the Corniche's perfect ground with marble ledges, or Skate Baladia's 12 stair hubba that Mark Appelyard Nollie Heel Nose Slid.. We've also got this Huge Quarter Pipe that Mark Appelyard Kickflip Meloned and Nollie big spin in his "Extremely Sorry" video part. it would be heaven with ya'll here
