The Edmonton Skateboard Association and the community are coming together to make a difference in Edmonton.
Edmonton has lost two amazing people to cancer in the last two years. This event is in memory of Tyler "Teebs" Stuart and Nathan Matthews.

Over the last couple months, the ESA has come together and raised $2000 for the Terry Fox Foundation in memory of our friends. On July 17th they are holding a huge fundraiser/best trick contest at Collingwood Skate Plaza to try to raise enough money to meet their goal of $5000.

A bunch of dudes have volunteered to shave their heads to raise some funds. Jamie Tancowny is one of them. He is willing to sacrifice his super long locks in memory of his friends. If Jamie can raise $1000, he'll cut it all off!
So let's all donate some money for the fight against cancer, and support the Edmonton Skateboard Association with this fundraiser. Right now Jamie has only raised $100, so there is still at least $900 to go! Check Jamie's donation page to see how you can donate.
There are a bunch of other people raising money by shaving their head bold, so check the ESA Facebook page to see all the info.

Jamie doesn't have cancer but some of his skate homies in Edmonton (Canada) died of cancer in the last few years.
Skateboarding is a great way to raise money for a terrible disease like cancer.
Let's hope Jamie raises way more then the $1000 he is aiming for!
