Emerica in Europe did a Stay Gold window competition when our video dropped and the fine folks from Session in Norway got first place.
From all the European entries (more than 50!) it was Session that made the most stylish Emerica Stay Gold window we have ever seen. The shop won 1000 Euro worth of Emerica product and an Emerica team visit in 2011.

Mats Willassen from Session was stoked when he heard the news:

“We actually had given up on this a while ago.
I thought about it the other day and I was sure somebody else won the competition.
When Brox, from Turf Distribution/Emerica here in Norway, called us and told me we had won I was definitely surprised and really hyped. It made my day. Some heartwarming news in this cold December weather! My colleague Sebastian almost started crying.

We threw a premiere viewing / party in Bergen and it was going off! People were pumped, hooting and hollering and spilling their drinks. I really like Stay Gold. The skateboarding, of course, is mind blowing. I think I favor Westgate, Bryan Herman and of course Kirchart and the Boss of all Bosses (WTF, Andrew). Aesthetically I think the blend of that raw skate feeling, a thorough visual concept and wailin' music makes it a stayer. I think they might have amplified the skate sounds or something? They're really loud - and I love that.
