Aaron Suski is a skater's skater. He's a widely-respected underground ripper well-known for his stylish and creative street skating, who, unbeknownst to many, attacks ramps, pools and parks with equal fervor. Aaron's claim to fame is his namesake trick, the Suski grind, a backside 5-0 with the tail dragging and nose pointing the opposite of a salad.
Hailing from Cuttybackville, New York, Aaron started skating in his driveway and basement, making occasional forays to NYC for contests at the Brooklyn Banks. After attending a year of college, he suffered a big bite from the skate bug and moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1994. A bi-coastal boarder, Aaron has split his year between there and New York City for over a decade now.
Some early sponsors included Tri-State, Brooklyn boards, and 5-boro in the mid-'90s, but now Aaron rocks Zoo York decks and maintains the lifestyle of a skateboarding nomad. During off-board hours, he enjoys playing guitar and hanging out with his girlfriend and daughter Sophia. While I wouldn't exactly call Aaron a hippie, there is an easygoing mellowness to his vibe. He's very friendly, relaxed and genuine.
More recently, Aaron has been spending some serious time in the spotlight with an ever-growing pile of covers and coverage. And with a new Zoo York video part almost complete, all signs indicate that Aaron is perfectly poised to take it to the next level.

Login to leave a rant!It was sick seeing you shredding the city one night I was there. You almost had that noseblunt pop in over that super steep bank! I was stoked. Well, keep shredding! I dig the Suski grinds all day haha. Keep shredding and killin my favorite city! We should sesh the courthouse so I can see a flip in to suski grind to drop! haha. I'd be stoked. Well, Keep gnarshredsledding!
