I can do this trick nollie, but hardly fakie. This might sound strange but I always think I'm doing a fs flip just backwards, in which the trick consist of. Just practice flinging them out first, then whenever you feel more comfortable land that bad boy on em bolts!
Any 180 flip trick, Heel or Kick, just delay the flip until about a quarter to halfway through the 180, it sounds like a weird idea but it brings the board back up to your feet at a really comfortable point since you already have the spin started
