Tony Evjenth RIP

I just heard that Tony Evjenth died. After the initial shock and confusion subsided, I started thinking about all the good times I had with him. We worked at Sole Technology together for three years, until Tony left his position as the éS Team Manager in 2005. It was always a treat when Tony returned home from éS tours with tons of funny stories and photos. He was a hilarious guy. I had so many laughs with him! Tony was a fellow SCTV fan, and we used to snicker together while we watched his DVD box sets of that show. Our favorite character was the cheesy '70s Vegas-style comedian Bobby Bittman played by Eugene Levy. Tony did a wicked imitation of his obnoxious laugh and tag line: HOW ARE YA! We always ate at a restaurant called Bagels and Brew, and Tony used to sneak soda into his dinky water cup and got called out on it by the manager more than once. Another time on a Saturday, Tony drove all the way down from his house in Hollywood to Sole Tech in Lake Forest, which is 60 miles each way, just to DJ some drum and bass music really loud on his turntables. But, when he arrived, some city workers had turned off all of the power in the area, so Tony couldn't do anything except grumble and drive all the way back home. Classic, funny Tony E. I will miss you, Tony!

Dude thanks for commenting my art. I need to keep keeping keeping keeping up the good work because I keep not drawing but at least I'm about to draw now... I just need to commit more to it. I'm trying to design board graphics some day and such. I love art. Def check my 2010-11 art it's a difference alright. I have some posts but others I gotta upload.
