Skate Rat is a cartoon character I used to draw back in the late '70s. As you can see, he's basically Mickey Mouse with fangs, whiskers and a super-aggressive attitude. I penciled many a panel featuring Skate Rat and his long-haired friend Jeff shredding sketchy backyard pools.

Shit man!! Skate Rat would be a mad dope. Cartoon! to watch nowadays the need for good sk8 entertainment is got the munchies..think Mighty Max/looney tunes(on boards)?. TV WOULD DEF RULE!
