Volkswagen bus u-turns on Clay Street

On a foggy morning in Newport Beach I went for a walk with my camera. Living close to two schools in Newport means at around 8:00 in the morning the streets get packed with parents dropping off their kids. I'm only to assume the person in the VW bus wanted to avoid the traffic jam that ensues when heading out in Irvine Avenue at that time in the morning.
