Ok, as far as the law goes on the street a cyclist will get a citation for not wearing a helmet the law is the law. But how about a skateboarder just rollin around minding his own business getting a citation for not wearing a helmet or worst yet a reflective belt! now thats something to laugh at. But rules are rules. looks like im going to be getting a lot of citations...
