Who knows what rules/regulations/laws there are for getting a mini ramp in your state (mine is NJ) and if you need to own a house, or if it is ok when you rent... I rent... anyway, if you can help me with this, i'd appreciate it a lot because i actually need to talk my scumbags of parents into getting one in my huge ass useless yard...
