I'm wondering what the dude at the Virginia DMV thought when he saw the request for this personalized license plate. Is there another translation for Tata-Hoz that I'm missing? I mean seriously... and I don't know what's worse, someone wanting this on their license plate or the state actually issuing it. Isn't this the state that wants to be very conservative?
