Emerica online customer service will be closed Thursday 12/22/2016 - Monday 12/26/2016. We will also be closed December 30th - January 2nd. If no one is available to answer at that time you can leave a message and we will return your call the following business day. Customer service will be available 12/19/2016 - 12/21/2016 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Our offices and warehouse will be closed 12/22/2016 - 12/26/2016. We will also be closed December 30th - January 2nd. Our warehouse will be closed due to physical inventory count December 28th - January 5th. You will be able to place orders but please note orders WILL NOT ship until this count is completed. Please take this into consideration if you are planning on ordering something with expedited shipping.
We will be accepting returns for Christmas orders up until January 31st.
As of Monday, 12/19/2016, we can no longer guarantee that orders will arrive by Christmas. Orders placed before Tuesday 12/20/2016 with 1-2 day expedited shipping will leave our warehouse in time but we cannot guarantee Fed Ex will deliver on time due to their busy holiday schedule. Orders placed after Tuesday (12/20/2016) will not ship until the following Tuesday (12/27/2016) when our warehouse opens back up from the holiday break. Our warehouse will shut down again December 28th - January 5th for physical inventory count. Orders placed during this time will resume shipping January 6th.
Our warehouse will be closed for inventory count December 28th - January 5th. Any orders placed between December 28th and January 5th WILL NOT ship until inventory count is completed. We expect shipping to resume on January 6th. We ask that you do not use expedited shipping methods during this time as the expectations will not be met. We apologize for the inconvenience.
