Can't speak to long term durability but they look nice, fit to size, and are decently comfortable. Fit like vans but the suede makes it a bit less flexible. Maybe a bit loose in the back, my heel feels like it slides up a little bit but it doesn't go out or anything, you will need to lace all the way up though.
I’ve been having foot problems from skating a bunch of flat ground and have really fallen in love with the Joslins. The price on them recently went up so I bought the Spanky on clearance. It’s definitely got a solid sole but is taking forever to break in. They are definitely not as padded as I prefer, but are a solid skate shoe.
I can spill red wine on it and it’s okay plus they are g6s and that’s way better than you think
