Just bought these shoes. They are super comfortable and supportive. I had another pair of famous skater type shoes, these are much better. Now looking to buy the same shoe in another color . . .

Super comfy right out of the box. I'm a less is more kinda guy, especially when it comes to shoes. Super grippy. Love the year rune for protection

It is in the details. They look simple, but someone went that extra mile to make these work well for skating. The height and angle of the suede heel and the added sponge piece stop the heel from slipping off, which is the classic problem with other slip-ons. The rubber on the sole grips really well and gives you confidence for tricks where you might otherwise have found your feet shifting across your deck. The band of reinforcement around the toes does not mess with your flick. They don't take too much time to break in and they are durable. The inner sole is comfy and protects from heel bruises for your day to day skating and there is enough board feel from the get go. They feel a little chunky the first couple of sessions, but once broken in they will become your go-to slip-on model. Suede can be a bit hot for summer skating, which is when I prefer slip-ons. I'd buy these in canvas and happily accept the compromise in durabilty if at a lower price. Just throwing out that idea. Heaps of great colorways, but unforunately we mostly see the boaring black or brown models online. Come on Emerica, get one of your pros to sport a flashy colourway. This should be your best selling shoe.

These shoes have set a whole new standard for me when it comes to slip ons. The heel grip, the sole insert, the stability and over all way it hugs your feet is better than vans by far. I might order a 2nd pair to have in the future in case yall get rid of this design because the design is super sick too. Glad I came back to emericas. Had been a couple years.
