The design is so cool but within a couple days the bottom sole started to separate from the rest of the shoe. Now I've got a floppy sole and a need for a cobbler.

Awful customer service.

You better know exactly which size you are in Emericas shoes bc telling them the shoes don't fit means you automatically get disqualified for a refund. Now I have shoes that don't fit for way too much money with honestly just the laziest customer service I've ever seen. Emerica hasn't been the same since they sold out to Nidecker.

The worst customer service.

These either run way too small or I received a misprint. Either way, prepare for their customer service to take days to get back to you on simple questions. And if you tell them that you tried the shoes on you instantly do not qualify for a refund. Huge bummer to be stuck with a pair of shoes I wanted to like that don't fit at all. This is what youll get for trying to support a dying brand. You've been warned.
