Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not been marked as shipped. We manage multiple brands with a small staff and appreciate your understanding.
We offer an easy returns process if you’d like to send your item back once you receive it. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but will be happy to get you a refund or gift card to replace your order.

Ground shipping is free for U.S. orders over +75$ except in Hawaii & Alaska.
We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

Please note these are not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on your location and conditions.
We do not offer next day air/overnight shipping options. Please expect higher shipping charges for Hawaii & Alaska. The shipping costs for your order depend on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts.

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Provided your order is not held by our fraud prevention team, it will ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after processing hours will ship the next business day. For example, orders placed on Friday will not receive tracking until Monday. This applies to expedited orders as well.
Please note that estimated delivery times are based on your location and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control. If you need delivery by a specific date, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option.
You will receive a tracking number via email, typically within 72 hours, which will include a more accurate delivery estimate. Orders placed during holidays may take longer to process.
Expedited shipping timelines begin once the order is handed off to the carrier, not when the order is placed.
All orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. No exceptions.
We use a fraud prevention system to review orders that may appear suspicious. Orders may be placed on hold so our team can verify billing details and ensure legitimacy.
To avoid delays, ensure your billing and shipping addresses match. If they do not, you may be asked to provide verification.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity. These measures are necessary to protect both you and us.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order is processed and packed, a second email with tracking information will be sent.

If your order has not arrived within 72 hours of being marked as delivered, please file a missing shipment report with the carrier.
