Probably not the target demographic that Emerica is aiming for, but man I did these. I tried them on in person at Tactics. They have a bit wider forefoot/midfoot area than some tighter shoes like New Balance. That really helped me out as I have some old injuries that keep me out of most skate shoes. For a vulc it sure seems cushioned, supportive, and comfortable. I have also had them for about two months and they don't really show too much wear. Not that I'm aggressive but other shoes at least had holes in the ollie area by now. Great shoe, please keep making it! Might need to buy a back up.
I maybe could have sized down a 1/2 size from my usual, but I like not being squeezed.
I believe this is an issue with this model that has alreadt been noted. The shoes are amazing! Very good quality sturdy and comfortable, but I believe the size to be half a number too big as well. I usually wear 43 EU, but for this model I should have ordered a 42.5 EU. Keep that in mind when ordering! Otherwise the shoe is awesome!

I use Vans Pop Cush insoles in EVERY shoe I wear…until now!! The insoles on this shoe should be standard issue on all Emerica’s. Great job Braden and team!!
I own two pairs and got a pair for my wife. The lacing options are great and the insoles should be used on all Emerica shoes period! I am very much retired from skateboarding due to injuries but I have been rocking Emerica's since Ellinton's first pro shoe. Absolutely love them.

Despite this being a negative review I won't diss Emerica being "the Brand" I grew up into and love since my childhood but guys be aware this shoe runs too large my foot like floats inside if you plan to buy these shoes to skate like I did poor me then just get them half or a full size smaller not sure whats wrong with Braden's feet I love the guy hes a beast but these shoes are like one size larger than the size you'd expect to get I cant caution enough about this.
